Our Veterinarian

Dr. Sharon Marsh, DVM

Sharon Marsh graduated from the University of Florida and moved to Texas in 2010. Dr. Marsh originally studied to be a large animal and exotics veterinarian. She has been a high quality/high volume spay/neuter veterinarian for the past 10 years working for various shelters and non-profits, including Operation Catnip, Houston SPCA, Dallas SPCA, the SPCA of East Texas, Cause For Paws, Spay/Neuter Network, Animal Protection League, and the Humane Society of East Texas. She has been doing strictly Spay/Neuter and Wellness clinic 6 days a week for over 10 years and performs over 15,000 surgeries annually. Dr. Marsh is passionate about this service and believes every animal spayed or neutered saves several dogs and cats from being euthanized every day. She participates in continuing education regarding progressive spay/neuter techniques, anesthesia protocols, after-care, and monitoring. She has also attended extended training at Humane Alliance in Asheville, North Carolina, which is considered the gold standard in the Spay/Neuter community. Dr. Marsh was also recently placed on the advisory board for Smith County Animal Control
